Visibility is power and I’m here to make sure you own yours

Jemimah Ashleigh is a visibility strategist, international keynote speaker, bestselling author, and award-winning entrepreneur. But before she was helping leaders and businesses take center stage, she spent more than a decade serving on the front lines of national security.

Raised in Australia, with formative school years spent in the United States (Year 8 and Year 11), Jemimah’s love of culture and travel shaped her worldview early. She went on to speak Indonesian (15 years of study and practice) and Auslan (Certificates II & III), building her capacity to connect across borders and communities.

At 24, she joined the Australian Federal Police. Over 13 years, Jemimah specialised in intelligence, investigations, controlled operations, human trafficking, and national security — roles that demanded grit, adaptability, and leadership.

In 2015, Jemimah stepped away from policing to pursue entrepreneurship. She launched Tangs Design, a jewellery label that grew into a six-figure business. From there, she built global influence as the co-host of The Business Experiment podcast (ranked #2 business podcast in Australia with 7.2M+ reach), authored the bestselling book Position Me, and was named one of the Top 10 Female Entrepreneurs in Australia and a Woman to Watch 2019.

Today, through The Visibility Lab, Jemimah combines her life experiences to help entrepreneurs, executives, and thought leaders build brands that cannot be ignored. She has coached hundreds of clients, secured more than 200 award wins, and helped leaders land book deals, TEDx talks, and national media coverage.

Her work is bold, unapologetic, and transformative - a mix of strategy, humour, and tough love that ensures her clients don’t just get noticed, they get remembered.

Jemimah is also a skilled comedian and improv actress having performed all over the world and her hit show He Had It Coming receiving multiple 5 Star Reviews.

Two Polaroid-style photos. One shows a woman with sunglasses and a cityscape background, titled "New York Baby!". The other shows a woman talking to young girls in purple uniforms inside a classroom, titled "Bali, Indonesia".
